1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of the AuditVo mobile app ("AuditVo" or "the App"), provided by Brenu Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17437432), registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). AuditVo is available on Android, with an iPhone version coming soon; these Terms apply to both. By downloading or using AuditVo you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data and forms part of these Terms.

2. What AuditVo is

AuditVo is a tool for recording site audits, inspections and snagging: projects, issues, photos, custom form fields, sign-offs, and PDF and CSV reports. It supports your professional judgement. It doesn't replace qualified inspection, engineering, surveying, health and safety or legal advice, and we don't guarantee that its reports meet any particular regulation, standard or certification in your country. You're responsible for how you use your findings.

3. Using AuditVo without an account

You can use AuditVo without registering. Your data is linked to an anonymous ID stored on your device. If you uninstall the App, clear its storage or lose your device before exporting your reports, we may not be able to recover your data.

4. Your content

You own the projects, issues, notes, photos, custom field values and signatures you create ("your content"). You're responsible for it, including having permission to photograph a property or person and to record any personal details of clients or colleagues. You give us a limited licence to store, process and display your content only to run the App for you.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use AuditVo for anything unlawful, or to store content that infringes other people's rights or privacy;
• try to access other users' data, or reverse-engineer, overload or disrupt the App or its servers;
• use AuditVo to create reports designed to mislead a client, regulator or anyone else.

6. Offline use and syncing

AuditVo is built to work without a connection and to sync automatically when one is available. We work hard to make this reliable, but we can't guarantee every change made offline will sync in all circumstances (for example if your device runs out of storage). Please export important reports promptly.

7. Free plan and AuditVo Pro

Free plan. Includes up to 3 projects, unlimited issues and photos, custom form fields, offline use, PDF reports (with a small "Made with AuditVo" footer) and sign-off, with no time limit.

AuditVo Pro is an optional subscription that adds unlimited projects, your own logo on reports with no AuditVo footer, Excel/CSV export, and further features we list in the App. Features marked "coming soon" aren't included until they launch.

• Prices: shown in the App in your local currency before you buy (currently £4.99 per month or £34.99 per year in the UK).
• Free trial: the yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts to a paid yearly subscription.
• Renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal.
• Cancelling: manage or cancel any time in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions), or in your Apple ID settings on iPhone. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.
• Refunds: purchases are processed by Google Play or Apple and follow their refund policies. Your statutory rights aren't affected.
• Price changes: we'll tell you in advance, and the store will ask for your consent where required.
• If Pro ends: nothing is deleted or locked. You can still open, edit, export and delete all your projects, but you can't create new ones beyond the free limit.

8. Our app

The App, its design, code, name and logo belong to Brenu Ltd. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use AuditVo on devices you own or control, in line with these Terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep AuditVo available and working well, but we don't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, change or remove features. We'll give reasonable notice of changes that significantly affect how you use the App.

10. Our liability

AuditVo is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, Brenu Ltd isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, business or data, or for decisions made using reports created in the App. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or £100.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. If you're a consumer, you keep all the rights your local consumer law gives you, and nothing in these Terms takes them away.

11. Ending your use

You can stop using AuditVo at any time by deleting your data in Settings and uninstalling the App. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe you've seriously broken these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you're a consumer living elsewhere, you also benefit from the mandatory protections of the law where you live, and you can bring proceedings in your local courts.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as AuditVo develops. We'll update the effective date above, and let you know in the App about significant changes. Continuing to use AuditVo after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
